FROM I-84 WESTBOUND
Traveling from Waterbury westbound on I-84, exit at Exit 9 in Newtown. Turn north on to Route 25. The HVCEO office is about 3.5 miles north on Route 25, at the intersection of Route 25 with Route 133.

Traveling on Route 25 you will cross from Newtown into Brookfield while going up a hill. Continuing north on Route 25 through a residential area, there are no traffic signals until the intersection with Route 133 in Brookfield Center, an historic district with some old buildings right at the intersection.

One of these buildings is Brookfield’s Old Town Hall housing HVCEO. At the intersection with Route 133 proceed thru both sets of signals. The Old Town Hall is then immediately on the left, in the northwest quadrant of the intersection, on a rise above the road. The building is painted white with green shutters and has "Town of Brookfield " in brass letters above the door.

FROM I-84 EASTBOUND
Traveling eastbound on I-84 from Ridgefield and Danbury, exit at Exit 7 in Danbury, a high speed left lane exit. Exit 7 traffic immediately enters the Route 7 Expressway northbound.

Continue from I-84 on Route 7 into Brookfield for about 4.7 miles, until the signal light at the end of the Expressway. Turn right, continuing north, on combined Routes 7 and 202, proceeding about .7 miles through a commercial district to the intersection with Route 25. Turn right on to Route 25.

After leaving Route 7 travel 1.8 miles southeasterly on Route 25 mostly uphill to the intersection of Route 25 with Route 133. Do not pass thru the intersection. Rather, the Old Town Hall office of HVCEO is on the right, the last structure before the traffic signals. The building is painted white with green shutters and has "Town of Brookfield" in brass letters.

FROM ROUTE 7 SOUTHBOUND
Travel south thru New Milford into Brookfield. At the intersection with Route 25 turn left. Then travel 1.8 miles southeasterly and mostly uphill on Route 25 to the intersection of Route 25 with Route 133.

Do not pass thru the intersection. Rather, the Old Town Hall office of HVCEO is on the right, the last structure before the traffic signals. The building is painted white with green shutters and has "Town of Brookfield" in brass letters.
