As
requested by the Town of Ridgefield, HVCEO has completed a
20 year update of the 1985 Route 35 Traffic Improvement Plan.

The 2005 Plan is now a guide for town officials as they manage
adjacent development and traffic issues. In particular, the
curb
cut plan therein (3.1MB) will serve the Planning
and Zoning Commission as it evaluates driveway locations along
the route.
Importantly, the
Plan can be the technical base for local officials to seek
federal and state assistance for carefully selected traffic
flow improvements on Route 35. Below is the index to the final
